Dear Colleagues:

We have posted a complete draft of the working group report on the apsreactor
web site: http://apsreactor.uchicago.edu/report.html. Thanks to everyone who
contributed sections or helped with editing. The document still
needs additional editing for language and continuity, but all of the pieces
should be there.

The main neutrino study website now has a page for registration (no fee) and
an agenda for the meeting (http://www.interactions.org/neutrinostudy).
If you are coming to Snowmass, please take a minute to register. We will
have a reactor working group meeting on Monday afternoon. The three topics
we should discuss are:
-- Recommendations of our working group for the final study report
-- How do the goals of a reactor experiment map onto the open questions
    in neutrino physics
 -- Our working group report.

If you are not coming to Snowmass, please email us your comments.

We look forward to seeing many of you in Colorado.

                                          Cheers,
                                       Gabriela and Ed
