reactor working group

The initial drafts for sections of our working group report have been
posted at http://apsreactor.uchicago.edu/report.html. We will
discuss the topics to be covered in the report at the Caltech meeting;
the report will be edited to reflect the conclusions of our discussion.

Since many people will be attending the weekend meeting remotely, please
send us your slides by Friday so they may be posted on the website.

We look forward to seeing many of you at Caltech.
