Gabriela,

   Thanks for your response. The posted material seems quite old, from the
time of the Caltech meeting (although undated with no version number,
and there has been no communication to inform us about new material
appearing).
So it does not seem very productive to address that material as it has
probably (and hopefully) undergone substantial modification since then.

   We are all looking forward to helping to produce a final report, and
it seems like the time to be getting more people involved in the process
to be sure that the result has broad support.
