Dear Ed and Gabriela,

To avoid any misunderstandings, the plan is: writing cte. receives
comments from the study organizers and working group leaders now. These
comments were invited Sept 15. After taking those comments into account,
the report is posted where everybody, in particular those who have
participated in the study, can comment on it. These comments can be taken
into account too. In late Oct there is an agency briefing and by then the
report is considered final.
