Hi Gabriella and Ed:

As you requested I will be happy to write a one pager on the monitoring of
reactors and clandestine weapons testing with some future matrix of
detectors. I would also like to contribute a page on the interesting
hypothesis of a georeactor and the growing interest in testing this
model.

Is this your desire, and do you have any further instructions? I guess
the deadline is ASAP.

Good to see you all this weekend, and looking forward to seeing you in
Aspen.
